Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy – One-on-One Mentorship All bookings for the One-on-One Mentorship are subject to the terms below. Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking. A booking is not confirmed until payment has been received. Scheduling: Session dates and times will be scheduled by mutual agreement. The mentorship consists of four (4) sessions, each two (2) hours in length, and must be completed within the agreed timeframe. Rescheduling: One (1) reschedule request is permitted per mentorship package with a minimum of twenty-four (24) hours’ notice. Failure to attend a scheduled session without proper notice will result in forfeiture of that session. Cancellations & Refunds: All sales are final. No cancellations or refunds will be issued once booking is confirmed.
